'CA' Pullet Grower Micro Pellets
‘CA’ Pullet Grower is a high quality grower food formulated to be fed to developing layer pullets from 6 weeks of age until point of lay and is nutritionally balanced for nutrients such as protein, energy, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins and trace minerals which are essential for strong early development of layer pullets and also includes a coccidiostat to prevent the intestinal disease coccidiosis.
FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Feed ‘CA’ Pullet Grower micro pellets from 6 weeks to 18-20 weeks ad lib or restrict feed if body weight control is necessary. From 18 to 20 weeks (point of lay) change to a quality layer ration, such as Red Hen Layer, Red Hen Free Range, Xtra-Egg or Budget Home-Lay.
The growing phase will greatly influence egg size and overall egg production. If pullets have too much body fat they will over eat and be prone to prolapse during lay, conversely if pullet weight is too low, maximum egg production may not be reached. Pullets should be fed ad lib but feed may need to be restricted if body weight is above the recommended target weight at a particular age.

INGREDIENTS
‘CA’ Pullet Grower is formulated from a selection of the following ingredients:
Wheat, triticale, barley, sorghum, oats, peas, lupins, beans, soyabean, canola, sunflower and by-products derived from these ingredients. Meat & bone meal, fish meal, blood meal, fat, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, antioxidant, enzymes, dicalcium phosphate, limestone, bentonite, salt & lasalocid sodium.
Vitamins: A, D3, E, K, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin and choline.
Minerals: Calcium, phosphorus, sodium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iron, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc.
