| FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Dairy 120 Concentrate pellets are formulated to be fed at a rate of 120 grams/cow/day when mixed evenly with a grain mix. Additional minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, and salt may be required to ensure adequate nutrient levels are met. At the recommended feeding rate Dairy 120 Concentrateprovides a buffering capacity against grain acidosis when feeding up to 10 kg grain/cow/day.
Introduce the complete grain mix gradually until the desired level is reached along with a roughage source such as hay, chaff or pasture. The combination of grains, protein sources and other ingredients that can be mixed with Dairy 120 Concentrate can vary considerably, please contact our technical personnel to get a cost effective balanced diet formulated.
Do not make sudden changes in feeding rates as digestive problems may occur. If digestive problems occur, substantially reduce or cease the amount of Dairy 120 Concentrate and grain mix being fed and increase the roughage portion until normal digestive activity returns.
Ensure that fresh water is available at all times.
This feed has been manufactured specifically for animals as described, do not feed to any other species of animal. Do not feed to horses or other equines as Bovatec can be fatal.
